they should find new staff

I'm very angry at the service rendered at DOL I have been sent back and forth regarding my UIF claim since I app**** first week of august even today I havnt received my money I am always told they offline I was helped by a man called David whom I believe he didn't do his job properly didn't scan all documents please what is my child eating his even two months now and I am going back to work soon so what should my child eat.. Germiston DOL just plain ******* always have excuses and always offline I want my money.
