The Worst Experience By people that is supposed to help us ***

I am one of the many people that lost our jobs in 2017; as usual one goes to apply for UIF but what happened after i met up with a lady that worked for a lady at UIF Alberton is surprisingly shocking.

i met a lady by the name of Tanya Nel and she informed me that her mother Francina Burger is working at the UIF Offices in Alberton and she could speed up the process for the UIF Claims. This happened late 2017 in August. Well its 2018 March and all that i could find out so far is YOUR CLAIM HAS BEEN DECLINED. Can anyone Competent please investigate this as the funds that i have paid is R1050.00 and from that i have received not satisfactory results.
