The worst department that need to be investigated

The pain of loosing a job and not getting any support from UIF. I have been paying UIF for more than 8 years and now that I need assistance. My name is Maki Maimane I lost my job due to the ependemic in July 2020 I have app**** for UIF and still now have never received any payment for UIF. All this while I worked UIF have been paid but now that we in need of our money we not getting no joy. We not getting no joy from department of Labour nor I’m I getting any feedback I have send several emails requesting for assistance and feedback and no one from the department is even looking on the matter cause they are definitely not I need we as the unemployed are.
