The worst department ever

<p>I was at the boksburg office and spoke to the Manageress Pertunia Maloi and explained i put an appeal in Cape Town. I spoke to the manager in Pretoria branch to say i relocated and explained that the appeal department needs my U19 form from the company i worked at. She said as long as i have the form they can help me in boksburg. The manageress and i stress manageress asks me what is she supposed to do. What the hell. Seriously how am i supposed to know her job. So obviously nothing got resolved and Athlone never picks up the phone nor does the branch in Cape Town, These people look for any reason to deny a claim and they make it nearly impossible to get hold of anyone. Please try and even call the head office number , nobody answers</p>
