The worst customer service experience

Having to deal with the Labour department has been by far the worst experience.

Those consultants at the Labour Department in Maponya mall are not only rude but ***********. I went there to apply for a maternity claim and one of them submitted an unemployment claim on my behalf whereas the documents were clearly for a maternity claim.

To date I still have not been assisted. The worst part is our complaints are never taken seriously, that is why those consultants do as they please because they are never held accountable, and no necessary action is taken. All they are good for is teatime and gossiping about each other in the presence of the clients.
