The worse service ever.

i am very disappointed with the way this department is handling my claims, since I app**** for my maternity benefit in 2020 to this day i haven't received payment or feedback about my claim. every time i phone they tell me its with the assessor and i should phone after 7 days. I have been calling every after 7 days with no luck. maternity claim shouldn't take almost 2 years to be finalized. I'm unemployed and need the funds to take care of my little ones.
