The staff is rude. Slow and not helpful

I am uterly dissapointed in the kind of treatment we receive and how my they handle their things.. i went there last year with a 2weeks old baby to submit my documents we waited there for the whole day and we even went home without being assisted as we were told its closing time we must come back the next day. The next we went back but when i was finally assisted i was told my documents are not complete. I asked my employer to email missing documents to me and herold and so was the papers emailed.. they stalled tje process until my child was 6months and i havent received no payment and i cudnt claim anymore because the child is old amd theres a cut off date.. i think theu do this deliberatly
