The online labour department portal is useless.

It's shame as south Africans to go through this at this high rate of unemployment I have tried to claim my UIF on their on line portal today is the 8th of may a have since app**** for my UIF in January the 10th and till today I haven't been paid a single cent I have been spending money calling the labour department every week and I get a different story all the time.
