The norm of pathetic service

If possible id give zero ,people were there to claim at roodepoort but the line was cut short wasting everyone’s time not that the staff care and the reason was that there’s ***** ??? Why is there ***** first of all and second how is that our problem is our money affected that we must all be inconvenienced??? Why don’t you Investigate you don’t see banks send everyone away because of a case that has nothing to do with the people, must this be escalated to the news to get the bare minimum ?

People of different ages must be inconvenienced ,old people who should be home after efficient service from you or people who have families to support must now be affected by this ,it’s truly a disgrace to constantly hear about this department and now to experience it is even worse.
