the lady was very rude on the phone

I phoned labour department in roodeport yesturday to ask about my uif claim I spoke with this lady who was very rude on the phone. I asked her so nicely not to transfer my call because they was no one answering the phone, she just kept transfering me with no answer.I have app**** for uif last year and I am still struggling to get payment wandy was the person who was busy with my claim please help me to sort this out.
