The labour department employees eating our monies

My son is 2 years now and i never received any of my maternity claim. Not to mention that I started going to labour while i was still in the queue at their centers submitting forms over and over again.

Yesterday they emailed me saying I'm missing a UI2.7, I then uploaded and sent it only for the response to say that I collected all my maternity claim in 2023.****ed up people at the labour department those people are eating this money!!!!I called them and the agent says I should go to the center and wait 4+ hours again just for them to tell more nonsense
