The horrific service delivery.I'm traumatised

<p>The horrible day I've had at the ranburg Labour department leaves me ashamed of being a south African citizen, is this what we vote for is this what we call making our land a better one ???</p> <p>It's a well known fact that one will have to be treated as an under dog before getting any service from any government institutions be it clinics, schools,hospitals the list goes on ...But lets recommend home affairs and SARS for improvement on pulling their socks up on improved service and turn around times .</p> <p>I'm disgusted by Barabara Pansegrouw's the head and Robert (the supervisor) management at that office their ********* and low standard of service is a huge concern to nearby areas and what concerns me the most is that it seems like people's complains fall on deaf ears or should I rather say land on top management up there who don't pay attention to any complains or greviances ,I mean what picture should i get when I call you Sonwabile and send emails to you and Kenny only to be told by Barbara you might as well carry on because you have contacted the provincial heads already because it seems like all you do is foward the emails sent to you by me to her that's all "no train smash".</p> <p>Yes what Barbara and Robert say goes ,I've not been assisted and I guess it's nothing out of the norm to any of you .</p> <p>I got to the centre by 06:50am and leave before knock off time well let me say advertised as office hours ,I'm so fastrated I could cry,tired and feel like qiving up on claiming MY Money because it's seems like its more of a hassle claiming it then finding a job .</p> <p>You people don't put yourself in the people you service shoes .<br />Being unemployed it alone is enough to deal with but what you put people through is much worse but then what do you care your bonds are being paid ,children's fees ,got a fridge full of goodies to pick from ,cars are not being repossessed have more then enough ,you living the life whike we want what's ours to get by</p>
