The experience is very bad I first registered my claims an Pretoria branch in mamelodi since June when I was retrenched at work to this day the 23rd of August I have never received any payment. When I call their call center they always tell me they busy escalating my complaint but no action has been done since an when I go to mamelodi branch they told me it's closed because of strike so now am clueless an what to do
