The Definition of Incompetence

9months later and I am still waiting for my maternity UIF. I have called, emailed, visited the Bellville labor center so many times, I have given up count. No one can give me answers. How much longer am I suppose to wait. Those in charge don't respond to emails, calls, nothing and why is there even a call center? The level of incompetence is just pathetic. I am tired of the run around and basically begging for the money that I am due.
