Today, I have the urge to testify that there is at least One good government employee out of 1 000 000s. I have been struggling with my Maternity UIF claim since March 2020, there was issues, like all the time. We are now in November and I am fed up. Visited several offices, several times, then this form was incorrect, then that form is incorrect, until I went to the Randfontein offices on the 23rd of November. While I was there, I saw a notice attached to the wall, and took a picture of it (as it contained the email addresses of the supervisors, as well as the manager). I was assisted quickly, as the security took me directly to the reception of the DoL offices. The gent at the reception told me, payment has been sent to the paymaster on the 22nd, and that I will receive my first payment (after 8 months waiting) on Wednesday, which is today, so I just wanted to make sure all my forms are in order for payment, and I emailed all of the people whose names are on the paper against the wall. Two people rep****, but this one person, totally made my day, Fhulufhelo Netshimbupfe. He kept on replying, and send me forms (which was incorrect again) to rectify and re-submit to him directly, which I did. He was very kind and generous, and I just felt so relieved, that after 8 months of standing in queues, crying, feeling miserable, this person came and made life easy for me. Thank you Fhulufhelo Netshimbupfe at the Randfontein Labour Department, you are appreciated.
