Thabang from UIF complaints is amazing!!!

This review is based on an individual more than the business / department. Thabang assisted me after months of trying to finalise my UIF claim. I was highly frustrated with the normal UIF (u-filing) claims department, after dealing with numerous consultants, numerous email submissions and numerous phone calls for nearly 4 months my claim had not been approved and no-one was able to assist or direct me to someone who could. I eventually got hold of the UIF complaints department where Thabang was assigned to assist me. What a breath of fresh air and absolute pleasure it was to deal with Thabang. He listened attentively to my complaint, he explained in detail what the problem was and personally resolved it keeping me informed throughout the process. He was very sympathetic and caring in dealing with my complaint. I am extremely grateful that he was assigned to my case and highly appreciative of his intervention.
