TERS UIF March and April still outstanding

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Since the shutdown 27th March - 4th May, i still have not received my TERS UIF payment. Our HR department sent the claim through on behalf of all the staff. A large portion of the staff were paid 6th May but my name and our HR lady - our names just "dropped off the list" and don't think for a minute that UIF will help. Every time our HR lady calls, she is told that there is a new email address to send claims through to / or the person that can help her is not available as there is only 1 telephone line and she must just keep on trying until the right person answers ..... it is now almost June and neither myself or my HR lady have not received any monies. I am out of food and cannot buy basic staples. To make it worse i keep seeing our government officials all sprouting off about how well they are handling the payments to the country. Well, maybe you can sprout those wonderful lies over my grave!
