TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE UIF

If i could i would go minus, my wife was retrenched in February and has been trying to claim ever since, she submitted online then submitted outstanding docs promptly. Since then she has been phoning every 10 days only to be told it will be escalated, today she finally got a "Manager" who said she must now come in as online system faulty (in almost 8 months nobody contacted her to indicate any issues). She has been paying for 30 years and has Multiple Sclerosis, how is she supposed to stand in long queues all day only to probably be given some other excuse. We now have to start selling things as my salary can't cover all and her retrenchment money is finished. HOW is this even possible that she must struggle so to get HER money. ***!!!!!
