Terrible Terrible Service

<p>I submitted a case approx 5 years ago at Dept of labour Benoni. My employer at the time had *******ly deducted money for 5 months before telling me to leave. Just like that. I went to labour dept in Benonin because this is where i reside. After a few months i was told the file had to be moved to Kempton park because this is where the employer was.</p> <p>Fine so wait another few months for the file to arrive in kempton, only to be thrown through about ten million different loops.</p> <p>Still no progress.</p> <p>Wait another year ot two only to be told that they had not filled the forms out correctly and they had to resubmit the docs to court.</p> <p>Fine so wait another year and a bit for that to happen only to be told that the ex employer has admitted to owing me but she wont pay.</p> <p>So wait another few months for the court order.</p> <p>Finally at the Lawyer for drafting.</p> <p>Wait a few more months and still NO ONE can tell me what the hell excatly is going on??>??</p> <p>Now i ask you how long am i required to wait????</p> <p>I was told by Kempton Labour Dept that i should count myself "lucky" as he has had a case on his desk for 7 years already? As if thats something to be proud of?????</p> <p>I do not know what else to do? I have been to most sociaL MEDIA PLATFORMS TO NO AVAIL! hOW LOUD DOES ONE HAVE TO SCREAM TO BE HEARD???</p> <p>No one can actually give me any anwsers?</p> <p>Who can one turn to for anwsers?</p> <p> </p> <p>How long do i still have to wait before i can get my money?</p> <p>Are Labour dept not suppose to be there to protect us????</p> <p> </p> <p>Please</p> <p> </p> <p>5 years of fighting and battling and shouting and utter dissapointment?????</p> <p> </p> <p>Really???</p>
