Terrible service from Uif department

The Uif department has been giving me the run around since September 2020. I submitted all relevant documents in September 2020. By December I still did not receive any response from them. Upon calling them, they said I must resubmit my Ui19 and salary schedule. They said I should receive my funds within 14days from there. We are sitting in May 2021 already.....every time I call them they say everything has been send to asseor and they will response in 7days. but nothing is happening and nobody is getting back to me. I have logged probably about 4 tot 5 complaints already....still nothing. This is really pathetic.
