Terrible Service from Boksburg and Provincial Level

This is the worst Government department ever the *******ion here is mad, i feel this is theft. We make a monthly contribution without fail yet when it is time to claim back we get told different stories or they rude specially the Boksburg branch goodness its unbelievable!!! they have ****** our money and now are hiding behind different timeframes 7 days 14 days 21 days 35 days its been over 6 months since i submitted my claim and no one even the highest person in the provincial level in unable to assist. Vincent, Dingaan or Tshepo all top in the Labor department have no answers....it seems the wrong people were retrenched because these people with jobs clearly don't want to do their work and assist the public!!!
