Terrible Service

I'm very disappointed by department of labour regarding the UIF claim for my late sister, my mother has been up and down since the beginning of last year as she is the guardian of my late sister's children.

They would tell different stories and keep requesting the same documents over and over again, telling her to wait the funds would be paid in a certain date to a point that she has given up. The worst part about it they don't tell her what is it that's holding back the whole process.
