Terrible service! Disgusted!!!!!!!

<p>i app**** for maternity leave in February 2016. I went to the benoni offices to submit my claim. After a few weeks i received an sms to say there is documents missing. I then went back to the offcies to resubmit. The lady said it was they're mistake and they would resubmit. About a monh after that I received an sma to say that my claim was rejected with no reason. I have contacted the call centre on numerous occasions and holding on for more than an hour at a time, and I have still not gotten through to speak to someone. What the hell is going on? Why do they have a call centre if you cannot even call them. I need to know what is going on. I pay uif every month and the one time I claim I don't get my money. This is unaceptable. I am fed up</p>
