Terrible service

I am extremely disappointed in the UIF because being unemployed this is the only source of income we reply on. So getting paid 2 into the new months after claiming 4 weeks ago is really draining. Even when you call their contact center for help you are told to wait for the turn around time.

My March claim was paid after 3 weeks of claiming overlapping into the new month. Now I'm 2 weeks into my new claim which was for May I still have a submitted status so chances are I'm going to wait again like I did in March.
