Terrible service

It's been five months since I went to claim my maternity leave until today I haven't gotten my money. When I went to submit my documents, I was told that they're complete and that I should submit my childs birth certificate using an email now I am being told stories that I should resubmit some documents which I did. I'm literally frustrating because they're still taking me back and forth with this documents which I provided.
