Terrible service

Worse service ever.I have app**** for Maternity uif 1 week before having baby.Imagine standing in that long line at the Chatsworth office being 9 months pregnant.Got all my documents in order ,went a month after baby was born to check on the progress of this claim only to be told to come back .Went the week after ,Covid was on a high and there was no social distancing whatsoever.Called the online applications to resubmit and till date I have not had any funds paid to me .My baby is 5 months.During that time I was on Mat leave I had no income ,this is terrible .I just think of the mothers that do not have any support .I checked online to see my status says in progress .Its been 5 months no sign of them paying me anything.I know that I will get no answers cos they so slow in processing anything
