TERRIBLE SERVICE

2+ years waiting for my money. 2+ years being told my claim has been escalated. WHAT IS THE DELAY in a case where all the required documents had been submitted & where the declarations are all updated?? What is the delay??? I was also ILL-ADVISED by one of the agents who told me to submit a new application as my previous one had been "on-hold" because I had returned to work before my contract had ended. Once I did this and followed up a few days later, I was informed by the other agents that I was not supposed to do that as it had now started my application all over again. How is any of that my fault?? This is just ******* and frustrating. I URGENTLY need assistance on this. I will NOT give up.
