TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THE UIF OFFICE

Terrible experience at Goodwood UIF office. Waited an entire day in the rain and was not helped. The staff stopped helping people at 3pm and the website says the office should be open until 4pm. Came back the following day early morning only to waste another day waiting outside. Still not helped. Even app**** online, which was no use. The telephone lines does not even work. Nobody answers.
