Terrible Service and uncaring receptionist at Deparmtent of Labour Alberton

<p>Im writing this review because I visited the Department of labour about 5 times to claim UIF for my wifes maternity leave. Everytime I went there i get sent back to change something or to bring a different form by the receptionist lady who verifies the documents. She is uncaring and does not try to help you get your documents right, instead she requests documents that are not needed and seems to get a kick from sending people back and asking unnecessary questions like "Why did you come to this department?".</p> <p>I then left alberton after the 5th time visitng them and went to the Roodepoort department of Labour where I was assisted same day. The people at the Roodepoort department definitely know what they are doing, well done to them, hopefully they can teach the Alberton department of Labour something.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you help with this , we need people who are willing to work together with community and to help them not people who are not caring or wiiling to help.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p> <p>I then le</p>
