Terrible service and delay of UIF Claim at the Department of Labour in Orlando Soweto

I have received terrible service at the Department of Labour in the Orlando West, Soweto. I app**** for maternity benefits on 10 February 2023 the first male agent checked all my documents and told me that I will automatically receive payment within 21 working days. I receive an SMS on the 2 March 2023 stating that my application has been received but is in progress and that I should wait for 20 working days for an outcome. I decide to visit the Labour centre on the 21 April 2023 to inquire why my claim has been approved. To my surprise I was told by the 2nd female agent that some of my documents were not submitted, I however submitted everything on the 10 February 2023 to the first male agent. On the 24 April I bring along the UI19, UI2.7 and salary schedule as instructed. The 3rd female agent tells me to wait 2 weeks to receive the approval SMS. I have been dealing with 3 agents who cannot give me a straight answer on my claim. To this day I have not received any payment on the claim I lodged in February 2023. The service at the Labour Department in Soweto is terrible I must say people get turned back for nonsense.
