Terrible service

I went to department of labour on the 29th of May 2023 and provided them with all the documents they requested then I was told to wait for 20 days and the UIF funds will be reflecting in my bank account. It’s now almost 2 months later and still nothing. I got retrenched can’t pay for my bond or provide for my kids.
