Terrible service

I app**** for continuation of benefits on the 3rd of February 2023 until now I have not received payment. I have logged complaints and I have not received any feedback. my status has been since updated to paymaster close 3 times. I mean when will I get my money? this is terrible service. This is my insurance money and now I have to beg to receive it. It's not fair. I have called the call center I don't know how many times and I get *********** agents who cannot assist with anything rather than they will escalate. from their escalation still, there is no outcome. No man this is wrong..
