Terrible service

It is pathetic at how long it takes to get any feedback regarding any claim. I am still waiting for my claim that has been sent to the assessor 4 months ago. Phoning them every single day of the week does not help. My case has been escalated so many times that I don't even know which reference number to use. Sending emails to the complaints department is just as pathetic. This is definitely the worst service in South Africa. I do not understand why we must pay every month towards the service if we do not get feedback or paid out.
