Terrible online service for the c-filling system

I cannot proceed with registering an employer on the online c-filing system even though i have provided all the correct information.i have sent a email to support on the 28th May and i still haven't received assistance.i am now trying to call and i am waiting for 11 minutes on the phone waiting for my call to be picked up by an agent

all i need is a letter of good standing and this is holding back the whole process
