Terrible customer service

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Shevreo, and I am writing to you on behalf of my father-in-law, Mr. John De Wet.

Mr De Wet served the City of Cape Town for 29 years and, throughout his tenure, did not submit any claims. Due to a restructuring within the organization, he was transferred to a different branch, which created significant transportation challenges for him. Consequently, he felt he had no alternative but to resign.

It is also important to note that my father was unaware of the requirement to submit claims within 12 months of the relevant incidents.

Given these circumstances, I kindly request that you consider this case for further resolution. I hope we can reach an amicable agreement.
