Terrible Customer care

1st of all every time I visit Knysna Branch its either staff is eating and drinking coffee in front of clients or there is only one consultant at the friend with big attitude like they been forced to attend clients.

Then 2ndly There is nothing worse than going to Government office for right information and only to find out they don't have no clue whatsoever yet its their day to day responsibilities.

A lady called clemen swiegelaar she is good enough to work at the back office. (I'd say) She is a person with a huge ****** and bad attitude, treating customers as if we are NOT PAYING for all these services.

Then finally she left us handing going on her leave without referring us to some useful consultants who are willing to perform their duties.

Over and above the staff is not trained nor discipline yet we pay big monies monthly.

I pretty hope this will be taken into consideration and I will also take it to E-Service.
