terrible

Went to go and do my claims today. being pregnant its not easy to be standing in long ques. however, no one wanted to listen or understand me when i had explained my situation. i was married after i received my forms to do my claim, now the guy sends me to get a new id, new bank account and new forms.... my id number will still be the same and why would i need a new account!

its sad that there are such none understanding and *********** staff at labor department. they fail to even have a little bit of compassion... Just because you have a government job it does not give you the right to treat the rest of the public bad! further more having a government job but you fail to do the work or look for ways not to help just because you get a big salary does not mean we do. some of us have small lives but we have to maintain it!!!!!! not impressed
