tell me why would pregnant people and new mothers with newborn babies have to wait in the que for more than 5hours with no help, we went to department of labour in alberton johannesburg today, we have been there from 7am till 12 midday with no help, only to tell us that the system is offline, no communication whatsoever, and when the system is offline why is there no IT technician onside to sort out the problem, people cannot stay outside i the que while there is enough space inside. yet they wake up every morning to say they are going to work while they just sit there and hope the system will come back online .
