System offline

We have been here from 9 am and still waiting to be put on the system yet we cannot as it keeps on going on and off im am full term pregnant and due any time Pretoria does not answer their phone's as they want people to get angry with the staff here at alberton which are trying their best to deliver good service and assist people which are good at their jobs and are happy with thier service as they cannot do anything when the system is offline we using money to come here and your system needs to start working this is not good at all fix this system problem
