******** out of my UIF by Dept. of Labour

I was retrenched in 2013 October and filed for UIF online in Jan 2014. After 3 months of no response I tried to trace my claim but was untraceable. I tried to register again around July but I didn't get any response. When I went there personally in December I spoke to the IT guy named Boikanyo who said my claim was late and then promise to help me lodge an appeal and I never had from him ever again. I was kicked out of my apartment and blacklisted because I could no longer pay for my car while I was looking for another job and also had to take my child out of school and send her back home. The list is just endless.
