I recently visited the center in maponya to submit documentation for my partner. After queuing and queuing to submit documentation I was assisted by the lady named Mmabore. My documents were incorrectly filled and missing information and my battery was now dead. She advised me of this took her time to make me underhand and see how the forms were supposed to be filled and what info was missing. She gave me the forms again, made copies the needed. She then offered to charge my phone so I could call my partner and inform her. To my suprise she offered me a line to contact my partner and let her know. Well the story goes on and on. Point is I have never seen or experienced a government official so dedicated, loves what she does and goes beyond expectations to help. Mmabore u r a great asset to the center and department. I am very happy with the service you gave me and my partner. Wish you more success in your role and hopefully your management can see this and make it big. Ur dedication and passion cannot go unnoticed. Brilliant!!!
