Submitted still no payment after 4 months

Good Day,<br> <br> I have visited the Randburg Labour centre countless times since my document submission in the month of May 2015. A lady called Barbara assisted with loading my application I received an sms stating it takes 6 weeks for approval, its 4 months later, payment should be made after ten 10 after submission. Queries can only be done after ten 10 days. Every time there is an excuse, the systems are off line, the documentation is still to be assessed, declarations are sent but still no payment. Its costly to go back and forth with no clear reason besides that capturing and assessing is done by another institution. If you contact the call centre they refer back to the branch. I'm back at work and still received no payment after it has been confirmed countless times the documents are correct. The service is poor can anyone assist in this regard. <br> <br> Feedback would be appreciated as we not allowed to get irate otherwise you will not be assisted.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br> Regards <br> <br>
