Struggle to get maternity payout

Good day. I'm having difficulties to get feedback on my maternity payout or the status. I been on maternity from 1st May 2015 till 1st September 2015 and since then every time I phoned in they tell me a different story and keep on saying that I short this and that and when I send it they say it takes between 7 to 10 workings days to capture and if a phone after that they say they didn't get it and they even put me through to the supervisor and I email him but no luck.
