Still waiting for UIF Claim

Today it's almost 8months since my Baby's birth and I'm still waiting for my UIF Claim to be approved! I app**** in Oktober and then the UIF never received my paperword when I app**** online and so I faxed it and the eventually received it. After I received confirmation that my paperwork was correct and received and after 2 months I'm still waiting to hear if my vlaim was approved!<br> Evertime I phone all the call centre can tell me is the will sent an email to the assesor to look at my claim again!! Everytime I should wait 10working days for something toe happen and still today after the put the phone down while I'm talking to them I still don't have an answer on whats going on!<br> I think it's pathetic for no one to help me and to put the phone down while I'm asking about my claim!!
