STILL WAITING FOR UIF - 8 MONTHS NOW

I did apply for my UIF beginning of Feb 2018 after I was retrenced. I paid a UIF helper to help me with my UIF claim. Since Feb 2018 till today 28/08/2018 I haven't received anything at all. His phone is always busy. I only get the following response when I send an email: I will find out what is going on OR they are still busy processing it. Really for 8months now???????????????? We did pay the same guy to do my husbands UIF.........ALSO DON'T GET ANY FEED BAC****!!!
