still waiting for the money

In august 11 2014 I app**** for a UIF maternity fund and I'm still waiting. When I phone or go there to enquire I receive excuses that I do not understand and they tell me to check after 2weeks. I'm so tired of waiting and I don't even know why there is a delay. I'm very unhappy.
