Still waiting for respond on maternity claim

I app**** for my maternity claim December when my baby was born. I have still not received any payouts and I went on unpaid maternity leave and are back already at work and still nothing. I phoned the guys daily in connection with my claim and everytime they just tell you to resend you documents. After 100 of phone calls and many many emails they still need documents. How is that possible when you receive a ticket number that it has been received. I phoned this week everyday so far and they do not even answer there phones.<br> Please assist.
