Still waiting for my UIF unemployment benefits. Now 07 months i struggling to get a response and feedback.

I am struggling to receive my UIF Unemployment benefits now from the 02 June 2025 .I contact the Uif Call center more than 30 times already. I went to the UIF offices in Middleburg Mpumalanga 5 times already. I send more than 40 emails to all departments in the UIF Labour department.

I app**** 6 times already on line for my Uif unemployment benefits. The reason for rejection has been changed 5 times already. I locked a complaint .I tried everything. Still no investigation and no feedback regarding the investigation. Just emails to say they received the documents and the will investigate the issue.

That where it stopped. Me Elizabet Kualala Supervisor at Middleburg Mpumalanga confirmed that all my documents are in order.There are 15 months credits available. She sed she can't see a problem why my application was rejected everything.

So it's clearly that there are *******ion and ***** going on. Everybody is covering for each one.They are ****** and arrogant.

My previous employers confirmed that the uif has been payed. All my UI19 documents has been handed in at the UIF offices in Middleburg Mpumalanga.

So why is my application every time been rejected. Every time you just get the same response on emails. The are ignoring my emails now for 2 weeks already. They think if they keep quiet that the issue will just dissappear.

I report it to the Hawks, Poeple protection and wissel blowers by emails. They all refer you back to the UIF Labour Department. Or tell you to go back to the UIF offices in Middleburg Mpumalanga.

So I need a proper full investigation with proof of evidence why my UIF Unemployment Benefits has been rejected now 6 times already and every time is a different reason why it has been rejected.

If I do not get feedback I will take it to sosiale media and the news papers as well. I will not leave it here.
