Still waiting for maternity uif payout

<p>Good day </p> <p>I used a company called press our button to assist me in claiming my maternity uif.it's been 4 months now and I have not received any money,every time I enquire they have different stories of why the have not payed out.first the company lost my babies birth certificate,sent it again then they told me uif is upgrading there systems and every thing has to be rescanned into there system.then the uif required my ui19 from 2006 that's 10 years ago,have no idee why but we submitted it to them.the Mamelodi uif office have so many excuses or something is still needed,but they have everything,they don't communicate with me they don't even pick up there phone.please can you help me I'm already back at work and have so many debt.I also contacted head office for assistance they just keep on telling me they are awaiting babies birth certificate.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you </p>
