Still waiting for first UIF payment

Good day, regarding my UIF payment, I have send the required documents on 25 October 2023, and I know that all the documents was received by the department, I also found out that it will take at least 8 weeks for them to process the payment, well I am still waiting, and everytime I am told that the Custer agent will escalate it to the relevant department, well it looks to me that the department is not doing their job 100% well.
